I stopped by Reston Wellness to see how things are at this spot, but I when I got to the door, it was locked, no door bell, and a sign that says to call their phone number to set an appointment and to wear a mask (the sign seemed like it was a leftover from the pandemic). I called the number from my burner a couple of times, and no answer. I texted as well and got no response. Rubmaps has them as being closed but then that's not a validation of them being actually closed (Cosmos in Centreville is listed as closed on rubmaps but they are 100% open).
