I was really worried they wouldn't give me all three, but just prescribe me something else. Callondoc is sooooooo much better than a normal doctor's office, this service is incredible! Fast, easy, no waiting in the damn lobby for a long time past your appointment time, no awkward explanations, etc. One time I went to Planned Parenthood for an STI test and the nurse (along with a med student / intern) was grilling me with invasive questions. How many partners have you had, how often do you see a partner, etc, etc. I was thinking shut up already and just give me the damn STI test."

There are many alternative sites, use what works for you. They just prescribe meds and send it to the pharmacy of your choice. So an independent 3rd party dispenses the meds, they will be top shelf antibiotics same as everyone else gets. And the pharmacists only job is to dispense correct meds of the correct dosage and make sure you know how to use them properly (not mixing with other drugs, alcohol, etc.). My antibiotics were $16. It is often a combo of "Cefixime, Doxycycline monohydrate, Metronidazole" which covers all bacteria. It can work against early stage syphilis but with 2nd stage you'll want a proper test and injection which is stronger (good thing is 2nd stage syphilis is obvious).

If you are looking to take a break from bb or start a new relationship, just saying you have symptoms / discharge matching chlamydia etc. Is enough. You tell them you want to be treated for gono, chlam, trich and they will prescribe the combo. The pill-only combo is also necessary for people who are allergic to the shot, so studies have been done confirming they are 98% effective. If you have actually tested positive, get the shot since it is stronger. It was $60 for the 3-combo prescription, way cheaper faster and less embarrassing than an appointment. See my other guide on STD strategy for why you want to do this before starting a new relationship. Bacteria is common and most men are asymptomatic. I was, and passed it onto my partner who wasn't.

Wonderful to hear. Unexpectedly I've found sex better now than when I was young, thanks to knowledge and experience and a focus on health. Thanks for the story, if anyone spots another goth cumslut please let us know asap.
Great info, wish I knew this sooner. This would have saved me time and money at urgent care appointments. My only question is does callondoc limit how often you can order antibiotics? I was wondering if they would deny you if you were ordering antibiotics every 2 or 3 months? Thanks again for the info Wally!

Kegels and it's benefits. Plus some reminiscing.

As I've gotten older I've had to rely on tipping more for that sweet skin to skin contact. That's life. I remember the first girl I ever finished inside was a latina street walker in Bakersfield. I'd picked her up and she said she needed condoms and to stop at the gas station. When I mentioned I just wanted head she just pointed me to the alley she wanted me to park in. I lasted till her alarm went off and then blurted out "I need to fuck". She sat on it without hesitation and the floodgates opened two strokes in lmao. It was the hottest moment in my young life so I paid for another qv once the timer went off while I was still inside her. Finished twice that day and never saw her again.

My favorite cumslut was a goth Nuru provider working out of OC. This was 2019. I recognized her subtle nerdy tattoos and we bonded over our mutual love of those games. She kept teasing the tip pressing right against it without letting in enter. I kept saying please every time she did that still she finally gave it to me. Got her number and drove home drained yet still horny. So horny I texted her once I got home asking if she'd want to see me after closing. "OMG yes!" Met up for a cardate close to my place and not a single mention of a rubber or time was uttered. After that she gave me full access, no time limit service for 160 every single time. I'd rent out rooms and buy nuru gel for us. Sometimes we'd get dinner together. A girlfriend without any of the commitment tbh. This lasted a couple years before she went ghost. I learned recently she passed away in a car accident after she'd moved out of state. Damn.

    Viagra

Viagra helps the blood rush in when you are aroused. It cannot get you aroused, but if you see porn and normally get a half erection it will give you a full erection. If you would get a full erection, then you get a rock hard erection. The erection may last twice as long.

V makes it more likely for me to 2-shot or 3-shot, as well as to stay hard after cumming. But only if I'm in peak condition which means not looking at porn or having sex 1-3 days before. Picking the dose carefully is key. Too much and I get a headache. Some people get headaches or a drop in blood pressure, so I drink some water and maybe take a tylenol. Better to lower the dose and it won't happen. I also used to have back pains the day after if I took too much. You will still feel some effect 12 hours or more later.

Most people report being less sensitive with a V erection. If I can get fully hard without V and cum in 5 minutes, then using V might take me 10. But in some situations I can't get fully hard without V so then it could take 10 minutes or never due to the struggle. For that reason, I do not want to take too much or too little V, a medium dose is most enjoyable.

What is much more important than V for me is to prepare by not having sex or sexual stimulation for about 2-7 days. No porn or extended thoughts about girls. Especially if I'm spent from a porn binge. Otherwise you can be stuck in a situation where you do have an erection, but you are not very aroused and enjoying it. V can hide that problem, which is separate from the erection. What I'm saying is I actually get a harder erection without any V if I don't look at porn for a week, than if I binge at porn and take max V. But combine the two and you go super saiyan.

The better I'm prepared, the less V I need. If I haven't done anything 7 days, I always take 25 mg or less. Less if I know the girl can't take a rock hard cock. Normally what happens without V is you get rock hard just near orgasm, but V changes this to where you can be rock hard near the start. I've seen it both ways where a nympho loves it rock hard to start, while another girl can't take rock hard unless she is fully aroused (vagina extended) and ready to orgasm. Most girls seem to be the latter but that is just my experience. I have heard the DC gang wrecks pussy so maybe it's different East Coast.

V requires arousal to work. Sometimes I went to the strip club for 4 hours and by the 4th hour I cannot get an erection despite never cumming and having taken 50 mg V. Even if the hottest girl shows up next. This happens because I'm overwhelmed by sexy women and seeing more just doesn't do it anymore. Nothing the women do can get me hard, not even jerking or sucking me. Taking a few days or a week away from women fixes this and restores me to peak performance. Likewise, being very sick or taking cold medicine can prevent arousal.

I've never gotten a "too hard" negative comment. It's always been positive if it's a super solid erection, turns the girls on compared to a half limp one. That's one advantage I've heard about big dicks, since you need much more blood usually the erections are kinda spongy and not super hard.
I have similar experiences. I've tried all 3 brands and stick with Viagra since I know the dosing well. The drug's name is sildenafil whether brand Viagra or generic, so don't be confused if it doesn't say viagra.

I can cum 3 times if the girl lets me. Most girls don't. 80% of kgirls and jgirls look at me funny when I try, so I say haha just kidding. =(.

It may be just a coincidence but one girl out of 80 let me 4 shot her, and I took her out on 3 dates after.

I have tried load increasers but do not notice a difference. I think it is because I get it already through food since I eat healthy meals most days. So load increasers may still benefit others. Girls comment on my loads, I never thought they were much but they think so. Exercise has made no difference for this, however exercise is good for everything else so you don't tire out whether it's heart or muscles.

I came out of that and started seeing a fine middle-age MILF. But of course I used protection. Initially, I was feeling some irritation, an itch, a day or two after I saw her. I figured out that I have a latex sensitivity, so I have to use non-latex condoms.

I did still have a mild annoyance sometimes after we dated. It turned out that she liked to have champagne when we banged. She drank that before during and after BBBJ. IK that I have a lot of sensitivity to yeast, I can't drink champagne at all. There is yeast in it and it upsets my stomach. Evidently my reaction to yeast (an allergy?) was also causing that irritation. I've gotten tested quite a few times when having this experience being w / someone new, never has anything come back positive. Whew!
So I have written about this before and sometimes I get balantis from yeast infection. It's surprisingly irritating. If it gets bad enough you can see a white film that comes off - that is yeast. It was a red itchy rash and inflammation that took days to recover. I got it after monogamous sex, several times in many years. There is natural yeast in a woman but I am pre-diabetic so I sometimes pee sugar. If I wash, no problem. But after sex I didn't and the combo of sugar and yeast led to inflammation like a brewery. All external, so different than a UTI. After the 5th time, I finally calmed down. Now I just wash with mild face soap. Do not wash with anything harsh, it will cause irritation or dryness.

Here's the thing, had I not been monogamous at the time I would have been in panic mode. Psychological torture. This is why you don't touch your SO when going bb, you will never get any answers you will never know either way. Half the things have nothing to do with an STD, maybe half do. You won't know which.

Yes you have to assume the bb girls have them. They are not serious bacteria except that they can be a tell. One person will have no symptoms but the person they pass it to gets a painful UTI. I went 16 years cfs and weeks after going bb again I could feel it, same feeling as 16 years ago. Very mild, almost unnoticeable but it's like smell you just never forget. Peed negative again on STD tests. My symptoms were so mild they did not give me antibiotics. I should have exaggerated my symptoms to get it, it's so dumb. So then the next partner got a UTI weeks after sex with me. My 2nd experience with NGUs. Hence why I use callondoc and treat myself, rather than hope my doctor rolls the die my way. Because their mindset is to treat ME today, not for my future partners. So if my symptoms are mild, they don't treat me.

Here's the deal, it is a relationship and psychological problem. With my first girlfriend it had been 3 years since I went bb in TJ and I did not cheat. I was her 2nd boyfriend and weeks after sex she had a UTI. Peed negative but got treated with antibiotics based on her symptoms. It hurt our relationship because she immediately saw me different like a player. I could have sat her down and fessed up to going to TJ years ago, but chickened out. A more mature me could have talked her through it and told her it was in the past and I want to make her happy in a relationship today, it would have worked out.

I mentioned that I even had a girlfriend in-between, but it was cfs so no problem. Condoms work. bbbj with 80 girls and no problem, bbfs with 1 girl in TJ and I had it 3 years until I was finally treated.

If you have a long-term monogamous partner, it goes to the next level of sus and you just don't know. A UTI could be non-STD (e coli and others). But if it was an NGU and she gets treated for that and you don't, you'll could just give it back to her sooner or later. Repeatedly. The 2nd or 3rd UTI will not get dismissed as easily. You'll never know if it was you. That's the beauty of this next level psychological torture. She could think you're guilty but you're innocent, or she could think you're innocent but you're guilty and will give her another UTI. Her patience gets worn thin. You will be mentally suffering even in-between UTIs. Hence the strategy which solves this - if you bb don't touch her. If you want to return to her, get treated.

If you are free man, the symptoms are so mild. Just remember to get treated in case before a relationship. It was $40 for callondoc, $10+$5+$1 for the antibiotics. Hardly an inconvenience. Like wearing a seatbelt, maybe you don't need it but a car accident is the most likely way you'll die in our age.

My primary care doctor agrees on only doing blood tests once a year. Luckily there are still no bacteria that cannot be cured. If you test positive for bacteria, then go in and get the shot, it is more potent. Otherwise pill is fine. The pill combo works and is the goto route if someone is allergic for shot. One study I read considers it 98% as good as the shot (there are cases of strong antibacterial resistance where it fails).

Totally agree, the biggest problem is the doubt. If your girlfriend has a UTI you just wonder. On her 2nd UTI she just wonders too and asks questions. You don't even know the answer but the timing is suspicious. Good info thanks for sharing.

I'd like to share my experiences. I don't know if your area has public std clinics, but I use them and it is $40 no insurance. I've used them 19 years, STD testing is all they do and they are knowledgeable and professional. Some resources:

County std clinic - $40 flat rate for me without insurance, no bill gets sent. They only contact you by phone with a voicemail asking to call them back, and only if there is a positive result.

Callondoc - If you report symptoms they can send antibiotic prescriptions to your pharmacy of choice. I think it was $40, some more if you want it expedited. Receipts are digital so nothing in your mailbox. Antibiotics were $10, $5, and $1. Will make you nauseous first day.

Edrugstore - For other pills. I would suggest keeping a logbook and finding a proper dose. It is an art. Less is more. More important than pills is saving up and not thinking about women before an appointment:
    http://www.usasexguide.nl/forum/show...=1#post7041253

    All you need to do
Let's talk optimal strategy on stds. The short summary is to take the Gardasil 9 vaccine (for multiple HPV strains), Hep B vaccine, and don't touch an SO if you have one and are going bb. Even if you test negative, because of NGUs which can cause STIs and be a tell (and a conversation). Get treated with antibacterials before taking on a new partner. You can take PrEP if you are going bb, but HIV's risk is low as man going PIV (the risk with anal skyrockets). You will eventually get genital herpes (HSV-2) if you hobby long enough, no avoiding that.

Both the std clinic and my primary care doctor will happily provide both vaccines. Stop caring about their questions. Tell them you have multiple partners, medical privacy is the law. I would worry more about itemized bills coming to your home than what your doctor says in private. If you get std care at urgent care, there is some chance they will by coincidence be in-network with your primary care. Meaning your doctor will see your visit and per their duty, ask you about it. Don't have a heart attack, it's their job.

Under this strategy, getting tested is completely meaningless except for HIV and syphilis, or if you have symptoms and need immediate treatment. Just follow the vaccine and behavior steps, with umbrella antibacterials before a new partner. You can then skip reading the explanation below of how NGUs work, because it explains why other strategies including frequent testing won't work.

Why it's what you need to do and nothing else will work
If you are a free man, the most important is to get treated with antibacterials before taking on a new partner, even if it's been years. It does not matter if you test negative, because tests will never cover NGUs. I've been there and that's exactly what happened to me - 3 years after TJ I infected my next girlfriend with an NGU as I'll explain below.

Trichomoniasis is the most common example of a bacteria that causes of NGU, it's many times more common than chlamydia. But there are many others too without names. The only reason there is even a test for chlamydia is because it is the leading cause of blindness in babies. They are trying to protect babies from blindness, not you from getting caught. Do not get tested for Trichomoniasis, it's still worthless because as mentioned there are a dozen other bacteria without names just like it. There will never be a test for NGU bacteria.

It makes a huge difference if you have a SO. If you do and bb, you must stop activity with them. That's the most important step of all. Anything else does not work, negative tests are meaningless with an SO. Also pay attention if your SO is getting treated for a UTI. It does not mean you gave it to her, but if it was then you will simply re-infect her. That is the ultimate dilemma here - you simply do not know which it is and it will torment you. That is the reason for the strategy I've outlined.

STD tests do not test for everything, just the worst offenders. There is a very long list of bacteria that cause STIs and are passed sexually (I. E. They are STDs). Doctors simply treat them after the fact without ever identifying the bacteria responsible. Sometimes they will do a swab and send it in to find out which antibacterial to use (they culture it and then drop different meds on it to see which kills it). But again, they do not even care what bacteria it is just what to prescribe. In any case, STIs are sus and you will just have to pray it gets swept under again. If you and your partner don't get simultaneously treated it will just bounce back and forth. NGUs are basically "everything else" - it's literally the acronym.

    Speaking from personal experience
I was treated for exactly such a thing, the diagnosis was an NGU. In my case, I went bb in TJ (with just one single girl) and 3 years later got a new girlfriend and gave it to her. I did not cheat, but it left a bad impression. Again, I peed negative on every STD test and was treated for NGU. Some more info:
    http://www.usasexguide.nl/forum/show...=1#post7011693

My ex-girlfriend 18 years ago thought she had chlamydia because those were her symptoms, but also peed negative for everything. So she was treated as-if because antibiotics will treat multiple bacteria. Negative test, positive symptoms = NGU. I have had more than one experience with this BTW, that is just an example for illustration.

I actually had a girlfriend in-between but it was not an issue since it was cfs. The problem is my new girlfriend offered BBFSCIPNBC (bare-back full sex cum-in-pussy no birth control) and I could not resist. I even wrote a guide about jgirl BBFSCIPNBC for those obsessed with civilian Japanese girlfriends:
    http://www.usasexguide.nl/forum/show...=1#post7041322

I have mostly been cfs for 20 years, but a few times I've been in bb land for 3-6 months. I have always felt the exact same symptoms after seeing enough girls. Every other girl that offers bb has it. It is super mild, most people would consider it asymptomatic. I always pee negative, but there is no doubt. So I always get treated before taking on a new girlfriend (wait 1 week at least for anti-b to complete its job).

Safe sex works, BBFS is going to give you bacteria in a matter of time. BBBJ is much safer especially if you don't deepthroat, but not a guarantee. However, I have BBBJ with 80 women and have had 0 problems, compared to ONE time bb in TJ causing an NGU. Do the math. Note we are only talking bacteria here. You are guaranteed to get herpes in a matter of time. In my case even with cfs my scrotum touched a woman and I got infected there. Since condoms don't cover everything.

There is a blood test for genital herpes antibodies, telling you if you have been recently exposed / infected. This is just for your knowledge, there is not much more you can do after other than to know and be mentally prepared.

I do consider deepthroat an unknown risk. Bacterial STDs can live at the back of the throat, but not in the mouth. Gravity means it is a much greater risk for the woman than the man.

Everyone needs to get Gardasil 9, including children as teens. Gential warts. Cancer. I have seen so many SWs with genital warts that can now be prevented. It is a miracle vaccine. Millions of people would be alive today had they taken it, as it will sometimes cause cervical, penile, and anal cancer among others. HPV is responsible for 99% of cervical cancer cases/

Medical groups and sharing medical information
I think testing every month is too often, there is always a better way. No matter the situation. You are correct that if you get tests in the same medical group, your primary care will see it. Even for example some random urgent care that happens to be in the same medical group (whereas an urgent care down the street might not). That said, you should not be concerned if your primary care asks questions.

I don't see the need for a one stop shop. I use edrugstore for pills, callondoc for meds to get treated. Once I stop bb and take on a partner, I get treated as-if positive for bacteria even if I test negative. I believe this is very important. It is a pill combination of Cefixime, Doxycycline monohydrate, Metronidazole (these have alternative names). In-person you can get the shot which is more potent, but the pill is a legit alternative (some people are allergic to the shot and must take the pill). It will make you nauseous for the first day or two, take some yogurt over the next few days to replenish the good bacteria that get killed off.

10 times worse than HIV, 1000 times more common
There is something 10 times worse than HIV, and 1000 times more common. It happens every day. A man gives his wife a bacterial infection after many years of being monogamous. Divorce happens. She takes half, he loses the house, says farewell to his kids, pays alimony and child support, and eats instant ramen alone. No good woman will touch him again. HIV for life is extremely mild compared to that.

It is not the STD that's the problem. I gave an ex-girlfriend an NGU but did not cheat. Had I had a mature conversation with her, we'd have put it aside and continued on. An STD is simply the last straw and a reminder of everything else that's wrong.

If you pass on herpes after many years of being monogamous, it is sus but not by itself a sure thing. It took myself many years of exposure to herpes with kgirls to actually get it. But it is still sus so a proper conversation will be needed. It is important to know that 1 in 6 US adults have genital herpes, and 90% of them don't know it. So not knowing and passing it on years after a relationship happens normally even without cheating. But like I said, the STD is not the problem it is everything else around it.

The other thing worse than HIV is to watch your SO slowly die to cancer, for example untreated cervical cancer, because you or her did not take the Gardasil vaccine. I can think of dozens of things worse than HIV that are a hundred times more likely. Seen them all with my own eyes. So yes let's be careful but I would spend more time putting on a seatbelt. Get your vaccines. Follow the strategy, which covers things 1000 times more likely.

One thing is if you do bb for years, it is good to get blood tested for the remote chance of undetected syphilis. So you can get it treated early. It is not common though, and syphilis will usually let you know anyways. The other thing is if you have serious symptoms, you will need to get even if you are free man. Gonorrhea being the main culprit due to its symptoms. NGUs tend to be very mild - I can actually tell but for most people it is asymptomatic. You have to assume most bb girls have it. Again, an asymptomatic person can certain pass it on to someone else who will have symptoms. Just how it works and that's the final reason for this strategy.

Under this complete strategy, frequent testing and preventative doxy is not necessary or helpful. There is the remote chance of doxy resistance if you do not use it consistently. That's what the combo antibiotics solves.
Great resource here. I had two cases of NGUs and they are difficult to route out because your other normal tests come out negative. Only way to test is to swab inner urethra and have the doctor analyze the cells. A good regime of Ciproflaxin works since the NGUs hide in the prostate. Need a good physician and there is one in LA.

    Scare

Here's something weird that has happened to me. I had a long period of celibacy in my relationship, which of course needed no protection as it was monogamous.

Whew!

    Herpes simplex (HSV-1 and HSV-2)

Oral herpes and genital herpes are unlike all other STDs in how common and infectuous they are. They are lifelong diseases that tend to become asymptomatic or very mild after initial flare-ups. If you monger, you probably already have oral herpes and genital herpes is just a matter of time.

    Genital Herpes (HSV-2)

One in six USA adults have genital herpes (HSV-2). 90% of people who have genital herpes do not know they have it. It is the one STD you are going to get eventually even if you are always using a condom. It is an unfortunate part of life but something a lot of people have. For most people it is bad the first year and then becomes mild or asymptomatic. Even if you are not religious, you will pray for mild symptoms asap.

It is a common lifelong virus. Your body kills most of it off, then the rest hides in your nervous system where your immune system doesn't dare follow. It comes back a year later when your antibodies wear off, starting the process again. Once you have it, you do not need to worry about new exposure. Your immune system will be used to fighting it (i.e. if you have become asymptomatic you will probably stay that way due to sustained antibodies in your blood).

With that in mind, why do we do do this hobby? I think this article touches on some examples. Bonus points if you recognize the girl.
    https://www.asianluxuryescort.com/wh...l-escort-girl/

    Oral Herpes (HSV-1)

Almost everyone who has kissed a girl has oral herpes. Most people are actually exposed as children by their own mothers, causing cold sores. I. e. Any time you share utensils or kiss your mom. Not a big deal. Good luck enjoying kgirls without any kissing.

While HSV-1 and HSV-2 can cross-infect, they strongly prefer their region (oral herpes the mouth, genital herpes the genitals). Most people are protected from HSV-1 infections because they already have it and are now asymptomatic. The most frequent period of HSV-1 infection is before the age of 5. It is technically an STD but in practice does not act like it.
    https://www.health.ny.gov/diseases/c...fact_sheet.htm

If you have HSV-1 like most people, you technically have a life-long STD. But you are still going to kiss people right?

    Conclusion
Certainly if you have an outbreak of cold sores (HXV-1) or a flare up (HSV-2), I would refrain from kissing or sex. That is the highest risk period by far.

It bears saying again that 90% of people with genital herpes do not know they have it. Believe what you want if it helps you feel better. In the end, the truth always matters.

    County std clinic experience, PrEP

This report is for the San Diego County std clinic. Los Angeles has similar clinics so I would hope my example helps you some ideas and makes your visit go more smoothly. The SD clinic is shared with the general health clinic. It is similar to my Planned Parenthood visit minus all the women. This is where I went for my blood tests after getting treated with antibiotics to quit bb, as well as to get my Hep B vaccine. I went to the Central Health Public Center, which is a new location. It is a flat rate of $40 without insurance, so no bills get sent and you are getting a huge discount. There are three branches, take note of their hours:

    https://www.sandiegocounty.gov/conte...pointment.html

    The Visit
I park at trolley parking across the street. I was greeted by 12 security guards all staring at me to check if I'm a homeless vagrant. To their relief I'm not. They have me step through the metal detector. To the left and up the stairs. The actual clinic serves all people and there are 3 counters. Counter #3 is a bit hidden and that is the checkin / line for STDs. I always try to show up 9 am if they open 9 am. I tell the lady I'm there for std testing, she explains a few things and confirms my info, and I fill out forms. It's $40. If I test positive they will call me, or as a last resort mail me. I've used the county clinic (different location) 19 years. One time I got a letter from "San Diego County Health" reminding me to get my next Hepatitis vaccine shot, which I had started.

Hep B and Gardasil 9 are vaccines you want in this hobby. The latter is genital warts and risk of cancer from the virus.

There are two reasons I go to the county clinics. One is especially at the old location, the ladies there were professional and dealt with std testing all day, knew a lot about it, and focused on giving me good care. Very kind and non-judgemental as I told them I was balls deep in lots of pussy. I did not tell them that directly, but it was clear that I was from the check boxes and numbers I filled out. The other reason is if I go to urgent care or some other place, it turns out they are network affiliated with my primary doctor so my primary doctor during my next visit will ask me how I'm doing since my std tests. She is cool so it's cool but I prefer to separate the two. HIPPA means they'll never mention it to my relatives so it's not an issue but I used to be paranoid.

When I went to urgent care long ago, I received an itemized bill. But luckily I realized nobody cared. I was young, now I don't care anymore. But you might.

Anyways the doctor at this clinic talked with me about several things including vaccines. I requested the Hep B vaccine because I took a shot long ago but went out of the country (to fuck all the women of Japan) and missed the last shot. Since there was no record and I wasn't sure it was Hep B I already took (I'm 90% sure), she started me on a new set, taken once a month. She asked about Prep and I explained I am quitting bb so maybe it's better I don't even think about going back. But then I thought in the future I might need it or someone might want to know. She gave me a card of this pharmacy and a contact on someone to get prescribed prep. A pill you take each day. I asked about possible nausea and she said it isn't common.

HIV risk from PIV is low
My stance is that getting HIV from PIV is really rare and hard, but the risk exists and HIV is tabboo. Anal however is much more risky. In any case, I have a lot of more likely ways to die or be in serious trouble than that, top of the list being a car accident. That said, this makes it a very personal decision each individual can make so I leave that info there.

Lastly, this was my detailed post analyzing the risk of HIV from sex based on meta-studies done on it:
    http://www.usasexguide.nl/forum/show...61#post6967661

With bb it is almost a given that you will get bacteria sooner or later, but STD clinics only test for the serious ones. If you are a single guy, it won't matter to you if you are asymptomatic. But once you are thinking of starting a new relationship, you will want to get treated with antibiotics. I've written my story before. I peed negative for Chlamydia and Gonorrhea but still infected a new girlfriend 3 years after going bb in TJ (with just one girl). So I am extra careful when taking on a new partner for that reason. Yes I might be negative for the more serious ones. When I asked the doctor the official diagnosis it is NGU. Basically anything other than Gonorrhea that is bacterial and irritates the urethra (when painful to pee). It is much more noticeable in women, that's the problem.

Condoms work. I was mostly condom all these years with only BBBJ and as I said, herpes is the one thing you will get no matter what. They do not have a vaccine for that. I got it on my scrotum so it must have touched the genital even though I wore a condom. No serious symptoms after the first year, but again if you have a partner they will then get it and you pray they don't have symptoms.

Guides for mongering. Agencies, stds, jgirl filming, etc.

I am going to blog my guides so I and others can find them easier. You may know me from guides on screening with agencies, stds, jgirl filming, fc2, and flying all the way to Japan for even more jgirls. Hope this helps. First guide is my STD strategy guide.
