Like RuffRidah says, tipping can be all over the place, probably similar to tipping a restaurant server. At a restaurant, some of us will tip the customary 18-20% without thinking about it. Some, maybe because one is more needy, kids made a huge mess, asked too any special requests, etc, we might give higher than customary.

Same goes with tipping girls. We might tip what we feel is customary, maybe she convinced us of a special connection, some of us might tip, "Hazard Pay", we are rougher, we are bigger in body size, or just bigger down there. Maybe we took longer.
