So, I totally agree with you, that up to now careful wording and not admitting to anything has been the key to avoiding charges (saved me 3 times in this hobby while being questioned), things are dramatically about to change. In my past situations, the girls were also questioned by LEO. They also denied the activity, because they didn't want to be charged either. That whole "I'm going to call the cops' thing has been an empty bluff. Without proof (or a WITNESS), it was impossible for LEO to proceed, and also for a misdemeanor, it wasn't worth much effort to try to dig too deeply. I am close to a detective (not vice however), who has shared with me exactly how they intend to proceed with their 'investigations' going forward.

First thing. The providers cannot be charged for offering services. They are now classified as Victims of Human Trafficking -every single time. A customer is now treated as a 'Human Trafficker', because they've changed the legal definition of Soliciting. Here's a soon to be typical hypothetical: Cops are called. You are questioned. You deny. They go to provider, who's scared to talk to the cops. LEO tells her "Don't worry you sweet little thing, I can't even charge you with anything. He's the one we want. We need you to sign a statement about what he was looking for and take a screen grab of your phone messages with him. AND. As an HT Victim, you qualify for Victim's Compensation Funds of up to $45,000 (they'll probably only get $2,000). These terrible men have been taking advantage of you all your life, and it's time to rise up and take your power back. " You are screwed. There's no reason whatsoever for her to not want to sign that statement. Now imagine if she's pissed off at you or a scammer. Once everyone realizes the new rules, there will be much more temptation for you to want to give her some 'go-away' money. The reality though, is that most of us will not take the risk in this state.
