Hope you get better, the most common issue is bacterial and not all types will show up on a test (just the very severe ones). Some county clinics have done this for me (before the test results came back since I had symptoms), or you can use an online prescription which will send it to your nearest pharmacy, often a 3-antibiotic combo.
