As we all can imagine, this is a tricky issue. On the one hand, we don't want to be caught without enough to cover the donation. On the other hand, we don't want to be running around with a lot of extra cash.

There is really no reason for a provider to ask for your pic. They may think they are protecting themselves in some way. However, this goes to the root of us protecting ourselves. Its ok to send a pic if yoo have no reason to fear its release because a pic by itself can't harm you.
