I couldn't have said any of this better myself. We should be rewarding hard working women that provide great service, the ones who are making the choice to do this to provide for their own prosperity and their families. Some of the photos were repeated in the different links with everything vague. Almost like two different girls pics posted across many different links. Then look at the comments.
