That could be either good or bad news. The screening can be a pain in the ass, and there is no chance for "walk ins". Some pros & cons of apartments:

Pros:
-No interruptions.
-Guaranteed the full time (an hour session is 0:45-0:50 minutes of *actual* time).
-Web sites will have pictures for "window shopping". Most pics are either highly enhanced, or a completely different provider.
-Less wear and tear on the girls, so they can give a bit more personal attention.
-MUCH more privacy (no more elephant walk down the hallways).
-Depending on the agency, you have a "session" to do whatever you want (including toys & multi-pops). Some agencies might try to upsell for multi-pops.
-Some chances for "fantasy" roll play (if the booker trusts you, and the provider is up for it).

Cons:

-Higher prices.
-No table shower (standing shower).
-No walk-in option.
-4 hands will not be as common (if available at all).
-screening (sometimes intensive).
-availability of a given provider at a given time (be prepared to be flexile). Popular girls can book up, days in advance.
-Bookers can be flakey (slow response or no response, etc.).
-Don't expect a massage.
-The bookers will have your phone number, as part of the screening process.

That's my quick, off the top of my head, list. Anyone else have items to add?

If the local providers move to an apartment style business model, there will be screening required for "entry". Be prepared to be screened, if you don't already have references from other cities around the country. This will include things like your LinkedIn profile, a picture of your drivers license, a picture of a business card, a "selfie", your P411 account, your TER profile / username, a hotel room key, or any other items that the booker wants to see.

If you have references from other cities, they will verify your status and maybe history. Multiple cities will be best, but their verification network and processes are pretty well established (coast to coast).

Once you make it through the screening, you can work with the booker to coordinate time and provider. Don't expect the popular girls to be available, at your request. They might give you alternate times, or alternate provider options. If/when that is complete, the booker will give you an address about an hour or so before the appointment. Usually a mid-range apartment complex. Not fancy enough to have a front gate with security, but nice enough to keep the vagrants out. The apartment complexes near entertainment / shopping centers are popular, due to the high volume of foot traffic.

If / when this change happens, don't expect table showers. The prices will likely increase, to compensate for the volume decrease (fewer providers in a single location). The apartment model may still have 30 minute options, but the hour long session (0:45 minutes, in reality) will be the primary offering. A 30 minute session will actually get you about 20 minutes, given their turnaround time. They will *not* have a provision for "walk ins".

A few days late in reporting. I called to confirm Angela was working and was told yes. Drove up to the backdoor, which another monger pulled up and left after I got put of my vehicle. Backdoor was open with just a curtain covering the opening. Angela greeted me and took me to the room. Another walked in and asked if I wanted doubles. Pretty hard sell but I declined. Angela took me to the shower, which was great except backdoor was open the whole time, which is close to the table shower.

Table shower was good, with some TUMA and BBBJ. Ok body scrub, nothing too special. Back to the room, we tackled BBBJ, 69 back to BBBJ and blew my load early, which she took like a championship, not a dropped missed. She said, you rest, I be back. After 5 minutes she was back and asked if ready for second round. Who to say no! Started BBBJ then went to daty and then with a little playing with her kitty exploded with hurricane force rain shower. Squirter like a porn star. A little cleanup, then hat came on for cowgirl and reserve cowgirl. Blew the load in the hat.

In from out of town and thanks to your wonderful advice I went to see Blue at let's relax. Went for the four hand and Chrissy joined. I'll just say that all my dreams came true. Twenty years in this hobby across five continents and I've never had an experience like that. You Orlando boys have it made. 11/10 can't recommend more.

Dang. Disappointed.

After having a poor experience at Let's Relax I decided to try another AMP. I arrived at Gardinea which I'm guessing is a newer location from their old place or maybe it was a similar name. Either way I arrived and immediately thought the location was high visibility. They do offer back door parking and entrance but I didn't know that until I walked up to the front entrance.

I walk in and all the doors were open to the individual rooms and the place was as quiet as a church mouse. The girl who opened the front door was Jasmine and who ended up staying with me for the session. I had read some previous reviews about the table shower and so I wanted to try in hopes that it would be worth the experience.

It was a complete let down. There was zero interaction on the table other than some warm water and soap.

Now let me stop real quick. I usually read reviews and wonder if the monger writing the reviews is some ugly dude which is why the service sucked. I'm still young (39) in shape works out daily dude. I just like the quick access to post nut clarity the AMP can provide.

Alright so back to the review. The table showed was so lame my d!ck went soft. I was so bored. We went back to the room when the doorbell rang and she left the room to answer after she returned my d!ck was sleeping. She worked to get it up with a decent BBBJ. She wanted to put on one of those tiny covers for some FS but I declined. Cause at this point I was bored. I told her to keep going which she did and eventually it was a cim finish.

Standard wipe down, get dressed and leave.

I have heard so much about blue, but kept missing her, so Christi answered the door today and took me to the big room because I had already texted and asked about 4 hands, I asked if blue 💙 was available for 2nd girl and happy to hear she was, what followed is only supposed to happen in movies, did everything I could think of except Greek, but I ran out of energy before I could ask, Blue is a rock star, Christi had plenty of energy and enthusiasm,10/10.

I stopped by LR last night and saw a provider. I forget her name but she wasn't worth remembering anyways. Honestly the whole experience was lacking and a complete waste of time and money. The girl was not even attractive. I paid for a TS but never received. The session felt rushed. I wish the Milk were still up and running. Now I'll have to try Tokyo or Gardina today and see if they are any better. After experience with LR it's hard to say if I'd be back. In their one defense I did see two other girls who stopped by and they were cute.

Sad to hear the news for orlando. $$ in ATL will get you a hr massage and a handshake and they are happy for it up there. $$$ will get you into an apartment / agency but the catch is they require verification with p411 or some sort of screening been hearing mixed things about what that screening is sometimes it's light some check a LinkedIn profile or call your job. I really wish they kept the A2 model.
