I am pretty sure the 2nd one is a fake ad. I was up in Utica NY last week and saw the same ad. There were a few ads with different pics that all tied to the same phone number. Different ads used different names. My Spidy sense said stay away.

I can't remember the name, but sure was reviewed here before.
