Total scam. Don't play into the fear. I've gotten this before. Gave them a street crossing to meet me at and then texted them a pic of the signs when I was there, and they go silent. Someone in another country trying to get you to give them money. They got your number cause you texted the ad. Use a burner or text app and when you get someone trying to play fear, tell them to F off.

Those type of texts becoming so common. Best to ignore and block it.
