Kent County has shown that hey will tolerate some activity as long as you follow some of the basic rules like a massage license. Many parlors have been open for a long time, but when the girls try to set something new and unlicensed, they get shutdown. Britt with Bodies By Us, Hunter's Den, and now Milan's Just Divine. Is it the women or lack of license? You'd have to ask the PD, but there's plenty of info available to them here and from their neighbors.
