I want to know if theres typically some sort of discount per hour or if it's just the same rate times the number of hours. I would assume the latter since bookers would rather book the same girl back to back at the advertised rate rather than with the same guy at a lesser effective rate. Maybe the girl herself would be ok with a lesser rate since she doesn't have to get ready for someone new every hour?

In any case, the reason I ask is because I've been leaving appointments lately with a lot of energy left in me and still a massive hard-on. Even after 2 shots. But, I run out of time and the girl understandably rushes me out the door on the hour. I don't take any pills or anything, so maybe I'm just weird.

In my experience it's always hour rate times number of hours or 90 minutes is hour plus 30 min rate.

After one appointment? Doubtful. Just think about it from the booker's perspective. By providing you with a reference, she is giving up your business to a competing booker, at least for that one appointment. Why would she be willing to do that? The only reason is because she values your repeat business. She wants you to come back to her in the future. Therefore, in most cases, you need to be a repeat customer with multiple appointments.

Keep using your current booker for a while and, sometime down the road, she will probably be willing to provide you with a reference. Then, rinse & repeat with other bookers. Eventually, you will be able to see anyone you want. Also, keep in mind, some bookers aren't willing to communicate with certain other bookers. So occasionally, even if you've been hobbying for many years, some bookers still won't be willing to provide a reference because they don't like the other booker you are trying to contact. Rivalries. LOL!

Cgla is actually the first agency that wouldn't give me a reference after 1 appt.

Based on FakeHero's previous post, he's referring to the Tomi (Japanese) currently booked with CGLA. This is probably not the same provider as SDAG Kiko, aka FA Tomi in OC, who has most recently gone by Bon / Emma in LA, including with CGLA. Make sure you get the girls sorted out, FakeHero. We wouldn't want you to go in with certain expectations that don't get met, LOL.

Yea, estimating these girls' ages can be tricky with the darker room, right? I was actually thinking more about her age after posting my review of Jiyoung. I think it's perfectly reasonable that she could be in her early or mid 30's and that she is well cared for. But it's admittedly difficult for me, still, to estimate a kgirl's age with the lights low, etc.

With regards to the net worth question (ie. Her asking if I have money or not), that's a good question: was she joking with me or was she really wondering in the interest of finding herself a sugar daddy?
