I think it is total BS for an agency to not accept certain cancellations. This cancellation was done 5 hours before the mid-day appointment and it was due to testing positive for Covid. I do like the booker for this group, the communication is fast and clear. Other than that, this was a lackluster event for a not cheap donation.
