Saw Sharon in WLA through CGLA.

Of course they do. But there's a big difference between registering a complaint and what we've been seeing here lately -- which is a few crybabies taking multiple shots at a legit agency, calling for boycotts, and even butting into other guys' reviews, whining, "No, don't book that girl. She's with Sesang. ".

That's a bit much, don't you think? Especially over a simple cancelation fee. This agency did not invent that concept. As others have noted here, it is a common practice across many types of businesses, including the oldest profession. There is no need to have a conniption over it.

Well said. I think Sesang is one of the best organizations in SoCal, in terms of the exceptional talent they offer, the price, and the professional conduct of the booker. I personally have been treated pretty damn well by their norcal affiliate, but I also know that I haven't had any Force Majeure happen yet with them. And that's when masks come off and real faces get revealed. And I like sesang or sks offerings and I think no upcharge is great for LA folks.

And I know very trusted mongers who got burned on their (NorCal) cancellation policies. And personally, I always side with fellow mongers when it comes to anti-consumer policies, even if it's not in my self-interest.

Also, anti-consumer practices don't stop being anti-consumer because they are announced in advance. Sdag also announced their shit practice in advance. So? For some reason people think you can take it or leave it only. But complaining about it is somehow bad. No it isn't. That's how consumers express their unhappiness.

An org lost business because of complaining? Two words. Boo hoo. Don't institute anti-consumer practices, and people won't complain. Was that so hard?

Here's a special note to bookers and / or girls who read this board. If you think you can institute whatever rule you want, and your expectation is that consumers just take it or leave it but are not allowed to complain about it, you simply don't get how this works. You want to reap all the benefits of public forum info sharing but want none of the downside that comes with it. Accept criticism the same way you accept praise. I went through and read all your posts. Three of them are entertaining, and I just might buy some Listerine strips to see what that's all about. However, I get the impression that the places you have visited have either been storefronts with tubs, or apartments with regular mattresses. It seems that the tile floor with an air mattress experience that you get in Thailand and Japan is still not available. Correct me if I'm wrong.

You are correct that most of the LA-based operations don't bother with the air mattress. However some of them do have it but they don't like to use it because the clean-up is a pain in the ass. Some indie providers have it as an option as well. I have opted for the air mattress a handful of times, along with the traditional seaweed gel. Obviously it's subjective but I prefer a regular mattress, and I also think coconut oil is better than the seaweed. I find it interesting you think the air mattress is so much better that it makes nuru on a traditional mattress simply not worth experiencing. I've read that sentiment elsewhere on this board and I don't really understand it. At the end of the day, either scenario involves an oiled up naked gal sliding all over you.

For me, the air mattress is annoyingly slippery. Because you and the girl are both covered in oil, she is sliding on you and you're sliding on the mattress. Neither of you can get a great grip, which leads to some uncertain, awkward moments. And the issue with the gel getting cold is even worse on an air mattress. No heat retention on that plastic. It feels warm & nice for maybe thirty seconds before the cold stickiness sets in and she's got to reapply oil. If there was some nuru air mattress version of a chocolate fountain, then we'd be in business.
