Assuming you meant Kat, not Kay. Kay is the main Asian provider at BVR and their ad does not state pricing, standard AMP rates. Kat is the latina who rents a room there but is not part of the business. Her ad has rates and yes the stated "tip included" rate is all you need to pay unless you feel she went above and beyond and want to add a little. I usually leave another 20. She used to be 80/ hr and never discussed or haggled tips, I think it changed bc some were only adding 20-30, not respecting the process.

They do have walk-ins. I usually call ahead at least 5 minutes but they seem to always have 2 girls at a time so walk ins shouldn't be a big deal.

While I'm here I saw Sophia at 7 a week or 2 ago. Attractive 50's but looked very sexy with her clothes off. Full menu was on the table but pricey. I think they will be rotating girls more often than normal but 7 usually has good girls.

These ladies work hard and deserve better treatment, we need to remember that they are human too. I have never met Kay but she seems like a good person and fun to be with but relationships can be complicated and her boyfriend, in the long run, couldn't accept the type of work she does. Like many other Asian women in this business, they usually decide to stay in this country and have a relationship with a western guy who will marry them, but definitely a tough nut to crack for most men. I think she will find a guy soon, give her some time to move on.

I have found Hong's to consistently have the best looking and younger talent. They also know it, and tend to be pricier. Lately, 7X Webster has some good looking ones as well. This place probably depends on the woman you get.

First time I went was when it first opened. Older woman. Did not find her attractive. Told would be a half hour wait. Left.

A few months later tried again. This time even though the different woman was older, found her to be very attractive.

Standard service with UTC up top. When finishing the massage, whispers in my ear "You come here again. I want to fuck you".

Of course returned. Had to pay before and deal with haggling. Paid more than I should have. Everything covered, but decent service.

Saw a younger woman on way out.

I will concur that what you state used to be the case with this place as far as quality and no haggle. It's not longer that good quality massage or finish without any headaches or conversation. I've know Kay since she was Orange in Uxbridge as well and have even been out with her and a couple of the ladies for appetizers and drinks at a local establishment before the start of the winter when things were still good. Another of the reasons to bring in Kat to rent out the extra room that in the old days would of been busy and used. They take a cut of the amount she has coming in. It's just not the same place anymore as much as I hate to say that as it's a good location, dependable, headache free in the past and just a good massage. Sad to say those days are past and unless Kay gets reinvigorated I have a feeling that will not change anytime soon. Just my experienced two cents.

Hey gentlemen LOL! I've been a loyal customer of BVR since Kay (Yuyu) was in Uxbridge. Yes she had issues geting providers. Anyone who has seen Kay knows what an incredible massage she gives but she definitely has been experiencing burnout (go figure). There is a manager in place there now and 2 new women. Why people post things like Uncle is watching is beyond me. You just have to trust me when I say that isn't happening. As far as Kat, she rents a room and books her own clients for massage and now male waxing. She schedules her own time, has her own phone number and charges her own rates. I understand the monger mindset I've been at this game for a couple decades but one thing I understand is these women are human and deserve to be treated as such and guess what, that treatment is reciprocated. If you're looking for someone FS or crazy stuff you won't find it here, but if you want a great massage in one of the cleanest places around where you won't be hounded for money this is a good place and new providers will be coming.

Had to chime in here and say that there is no alternative remotely close to this place with young providers in the same shape. I've been perhaps 3-4 times since they opened, and all providers have been way hotter than any other local alternatives. That being said, $100 for HE and unlimited UTC roaming is probably what anyone should be looking for. Perhaps both my 2nd and 3rd visit were both very enjoyable along the same lines of service as I just mentioned.

However, I stopped going because I had booked my last visit hours in advance like a polite monger does, and from the second I arrived, I was rushed, forced from a 60 minute to a 30 minute (even though again I called well in advance for an hour) session, MMS (or someone) left my door open the ENTIRE time and was chatting at my provider the ENTIRE time, and on top of that there was the haggling for the amount. I hate being rushed to begin with, being interrupted even more, and then haggling on top of that and short session really ticked me off.

Enough so that I texted after to say what a poor experience it was, and got a 0 fucks given response. So on to other pastures, unless I find out that the owner / MMS changes.
