The way it used to be, late 90's / early 2000's, mostly korean massage parlors. I had been to a number of them. I don't recall any of them asking for money up front. Often, no mention of anything more than HJ / BJ / FS. Most didn't DFK, but some did for sure.

Today, seems like, most shops are Chinese run with Chinese ladies. Chinese seem to always ask for the amount and cash upfront. Nature / Believe and others are exactly that way. Take the money, put it away, come back with the kit.

So far, that has worked out well with no disappointments.

I think, Chinese probably have been burned by shoplifters and or short changers. Rotten customers have ruined it for us. That is how it goes, sometimes.

Tried setting up an appointment at Green Sign, only to be told that they're closed due to trying to renew their license. Is this the case with everybody else? Does anyone have any worthwhile alternatives?

According to City of Orange business license records, their license runs from 2/1/2023 - 1/31/2024. * Actually just expired, yesterday. So, yeah, they probably are legimately trying to renew.

-reasonable cost / tip.

-non-greedy ladies.

-Asian 20-40's.

-natural Ds (could swing Cs).

In my experience, the standard procedure is negotiate, they wait while you grab the money and hand it over, then proceed to whatever was agreed. Do you just insist with them on paying after until they acquiesce instead of "No honey, money now" etc? Obviously that favors the client but has not been an option from what I've gathered.

If they are insistent on upfront donation, I just say, "OK just do a massage only. " If they remain insistent, I get up, get dressed and walk out. Again, always polite and nice about it. Then I don't return there as there are WAY too many other good options. I’ll ask for my house fee back and if they give it great. If they don’t, my loss. Moving on.

It's a tough lesson to learn and I've made this mistake plenty of times early in my P4P experiences. Now just the thought gives me the dry heeves and I spontaneously cringe.
