I thought It was either that or a client has to put on the charm or not look too overeager. Although Massage Bethesda's website says they don't do that either, but everyone here knows better.

My guess is EB refers to Easy Balance in Kentlands. I've never been there, but I've had positive experiences at Eye Love Lashes. Good massage, PM play + HJ.
