I know this is repetition, but I also had an unreliable experience with Cerra. I am an occasional hobbyist who likes to meet early morning. I always try to make arrangements the night before. Last week I set-up a 7:30 am appointment with Cerra, she said that was fine, we agreed that I would text at 7:00 am to confirm. I reach out at 7:00 am as agreed, no response, the message I received is she was "offline" and my text could not be delivered. Even later in the day when it finally showed as delivered she didn't have the courtesy to say anything. I will not waste my time with her again.
