I try to avoid LL, the girls were real lookers in their prime, but they are not in the prime, even though they expect prime payment. And since there is no MMS, there is always the possibility of someone walking in, just as you are jetisoning jizz. They are too business-like and passion-free.
At Angel on Bolsa on the other hand, I think Lisa now goes by Xixi: tall thin spinner, tons of makeup, short skirt, nice A's, moans a lot, tells you how great you are in a baby-girl voice. Paid less than 2/3 of LL Mia's fee, for a much better experience. That place always has a locked door and looks out of business, so knock and wait a minute. Expect to pay in advance. Yeah I know its annoying, but probably some loser got the goodies, but didn't pay what was agreed, so now they are shy to be screwed in both ways.

Posts: 601Not closed, and Ice is Nice
I saw Ice there today and had big fun with this little thing. She's not DDG to me like Elsa was, but GND cute, big C-cups, small bootie with a little curve to it. She's passionate, energetic and complimentary. She attempted DT on the BBBJ, but she couldn't quite handle it. Then 69, DATY, mish and doggy to the finish.

Also on duty today were Maya, Luna and Kelly. I met Kelly at the end; she's medium height, thin and pretty, and I saw Maya in the hallway. Both look more than doable. I was also told their one-day closure was a business license check, and it's noteworthy that mms brought in a replacement crew. So perhaps when the PD was doing their check, the previous girlies didn't have licenses, or at least ones that met specifications, so they had to go. Who knows if the new crew has proper licenses, but that's not my concern, of course. Just happy they're back in business, at least for the time being.

Thanks for answering the question--great point. I used to live in Pasadena, as an example, and they had a long period of moderate crackdowns and a number of MPs vanished (of course, covid didn't help) --then in the past year or two, a number of new ones have popped up with apparently gratifying results. So I take your point, if there's a lot of them, it's probably fertile and relatively unregulated ground. Thanks again.

She's at least as hot nekkid as your wildest imagination would have you believe. But she's got GPS beyond sanity. She'll do nuru with a nice HJ for 160, but I never found her price point for DATY, and she quoted 500 for FS (I almost wanted to call her bluff just to see her reaction).
Boditec is already well above the norm for pricing. I don't need to take out a loan for extras, even if she is the second-hottest thing I've set eyes on.

Posts: 725The easy answer there is "any city that has a lot of MPs in it. " Westminster and Garden Grove come to mind. MPs tend to accumulate in certain areas for a reason. Some cities crack down hard and others take more of a laissez faire approach.

A Downey cop told me once that they know full well what goes on in there. As long as they're not being a public nuisance or drawing complaints they just let them be. One of them is literally right across the street from a high school. The thinking there is they can go raid them and shut them down, but then they just drive the activity into the cheap motels in town where there's drugs and other insidious stuff going on and it's a lot harder to control. When it's in MPs it's contained and more or less harmless to the public as long as they mind their p's and q's and aren't trafficking.
And then there's cities like Irvine and Cerritos where all you have to do is fart in someone's general direction and the entire PD shows up. Costa Mesa is a huge pain in the ass even for legit massage establishments with rules so ridiculous they're impossible to comply with.
Note: I suggest we take any further discussion of this subject to the rants thread so as to not detract from reviews.

Posts: 479JX and Angel on Beach Blvd
So I had a stressful day yesterday, so I decided to visit one of these spots. Ended up visiting both. Someone wrote that JX had mamasan w big tits, that was very promising I headed there. Mamasan had zero to none tits, was an average Chinese working girl and smelled bad. So I decided to hit 2nd spot which shocked me even more, I think this is a place with Miss Saigon that everyone was telling here, this was literally the weirdest AMP I've been during all my AMP career Everywhere they had a pic of an Asian chick with big boobs. And the front entrance said "we have franchise opportunities" Wondering what kind of franchise it is. But the most shocking thing was the price of $200 at the door, when asked why it is so high, I was answered that everything was included, again chick was an average Asian chick, that I would probably not bang in my daily life. Dear mongers, this is what happens when you overtip. Chicks start to have golden pussy syndrome $200 seriously?*.

Posts: 783Grimmy is probably in the best position to answer this. He owns / operates one or more legitimate spas, presumably in this area.

Had no idea. Anyone know what the most permissive / inattentive city / locale is in SoCal? I assume it would be a county area?

Posts: 783Great info! Find it surprising that Orange / Costa Mesa as smaller cities has photo IDs.

As always, Grimmy the resident expert with industry experience comes thru. Sure beats the collective anecdotal information that we all cobble together.

Posts: 725Some cities do issue their own MT licenses separate from the CAMTC certificate. As I mentioned, California is currently the only remaining state without a state massage license, so regulation of the profession is at the city level. SF, Costa Mesa, and Orange are three cities I'm aware of that issue their own photo IDs. Costa Mesa's massage ordinance even goes so far as to say the MTs must wear their city-issued photo IDs on the upper left hand side of their attire with the photo facing out. The licenses aren't tied to locations, they're just to practice massage within the limits of the issuing city.

Posts: 783In late 90's, pretty sure I visited Nikki's in downtown SF. I was so weirded out, the girl was wearing her I'd on a lanyard. I didn't look very hard, so couldn't make out what entity issued the I'd.

OH, found this on the SF Department of Health site, so, guess now I know what I saw. City practitioner license.
As of January 2019, SF DPH no longer issues new licenses for Massage Practitioners.
Orange seems to have a provision for that.
1. A massage therapist shall wear or have on their person their massage therapist I'd issued by the State or the City. Such I'd shall be provided to City regulatory officials upon demand. The I'd shall bear the true name and any "aka" or nickname utilized by the massage therapist while performing massages.
Not sure what exactly this means, being the state doesn't issue licenses. Pretty sure, City of Orange isn't issuing some kind of I'd everytime a parlor is hiring a new employee.

Posts: 725"Spa" is pretty much massage by definition. Sure there's "hair spas" and "nail spas" and such, but those are licensed professions in California, so you can't operate a "spa" of any type (strangely enough other than a massage spa) in California without going through the state board. There is no such thing as a massage license in California, therefore there is no state massage board. There is a civilian organization called California Massage Therapy Council (CAMTC). They issue massage certificates, and most cities require the certificate for MTs to operate within their city limits. It's sort of a license but not quite. They don't have the authority to regulate establishments. That falls on the cities.

If they get busted and get their license revoked, no biggie, they're out of the business anyway. Same thing with acupuncturists.
