Most SWs seem to disappear during school bus times. Other than that it depends on the weather and how sick they are at the moment. You have am & pm They have sick & well. The challenge is to find one in the Goldielocks zone. So to me the best time is when it fits your schedule.

It's very seldom that I've seen the same SW in the same place at the same time as I saw her a few days earlier. An area that had several yesterday at a certain time might be dead a few days later.
