I remember going to a place a few years ago, where the provider's neighbor came out and confronted me about parking my car on the block.

He began to take pictures of my car and even took one of me, freaking me out and I nearly roughed him up.

Turns out he and other neighbors on the block noticed the higher than usual volume of cars heading to the woman's house. And they assumed she was running an illegal Airbnb and said they were going to the HOA to report her.

Turns out she did get an HOA letter a week or two later, demanding to know if she's running an Airbnb. And to cease activities if she is.

$$$ for 1 hr. My rationale is MP is upwards of 70-80 for the house fee and then $$ after that, so I'm good with the personal touch with Anna, not having to take the walk of shame around businesses and not having to argue with a Mommasan.

I had the opportunity this weekend to get out of the house and make contact with the renowned Anna at her new place. I made the appointment via text message. She's not the best at speaking or texting English, but she knows it and does her best in my estimation. Regardless, I made it to her new place, parked in the driveway, rang the doorbell and she let me in. Her face is probably a 7 out of 10, but her body is a 9 out of 10. Oh yeah, just saw her again before she left town for a few days, returning Wednesday. The previous post was a little confusing to me, but I can tell you Anna has 2 other girls (that are in the business) sharing the house with her. Although, I have not seen another guy there, and I visit frequently, the possibility remains that another customer could be there. Not unlike the Korg apartment or the spa situation would present. It is a good neighborhood and nice house for its age. I have been seeing her over 3 years now and never have a problem.
