If it's a copycat, its a very thorough copycat. Hosting is exactly the same as s2019 and sdag. Site layout is almost exactly the same. Domain was registered on 10/26, a few hours after someone on here posted their story of being contacted because of a shitty review and demanded it should be taken down.

Pretty sure this, ahem, bluerocketcharter is just a rebrand / offshoot.
