SD was probably a slow market too slowest?

SD is a small market for its population, whereas neighboring OC has a ton of agencies. So it's less consistent in SD. But when I've asked, some girls say SD is super slow while others have said it's super busy (the survey results are 3-2 in favor of OC). That can happen with a smaller market. However, I do notice more agencies and girls are coming to SD gradually. But it is hard to build an agency here and some leave after giving up.

On the other extreme LA is changing, it has a huge population but less agencies per population than OC. I've also heard many girls for years say LA is going downhill, both the areas where they set up and also the customers from there.
