I'm pretty new to the NYC / East coast scene, but am a vet in California and especially in SF Bay. I don't think you are going to get price drops during the current glut of providers. You are much more likely to get either a more open menu from some girls (2 girl shows, Greek) or what you are seeing now, which is girls trying to show the illusion of scarcity by only working in one place for a short time and then moving to a different city or moving to another org under a different name. Most guys like novelty and are far more likely to see the new hotness vs the known quantity, unless it's a stunner that gives good service who can essentially name her own price because her dance card is going to be full regardless.
