Don't know if this has been discussed recently, but I just drove past what was once Spa 1717 in Livonia this afternoon. Long story short, the suite that once inhabited it is now completely empty. The only thing that is left is a "open" sign on the front window that is obviously off (my guess is that the owners must have been in a hurry to grab it before they skipped town). All of the markings that were on the front door (days / hours open) are taken down, an orange sticker is now on the door (didn't get close enough to read what it said) and the Spa 1717 sign on the main marquee facing the road has now been replaced with a "For Lease" marquee. What's strange is that all of the doors have that same orange sticker so my guess is either the entire building is vacated (and perhaps sold off) OR maybe uncle LEO heard about stuff going down at the joint and silently shut it all down. Just speculation on my part but suffice to say that Spa 1717 where it once existed is currently no longer. Real shame too because (aside from Saigon) it was one of the nicer looking FS joints in the metro area. Hoping that something comes along to replace it soon.

I have a friend that I occasionally sleep with who works there; I've expressed an open desire to come support her but she's always been adamant that nothing sexual happens in the building. I would love to believe she's misleading me but it feels more like a Thirst Trap kind of business model, otherwise some of those girls would probably be making way more money with far less availability.

They are FS literally as soon as you walk in the room. However, LEO could be lurking because parking is not private and its a commercial mini strip with businesses all next to each other. There's a tax place on one side and clothing store on another side. Sucky part is they're in the middle and got to ring the bell. Unlike Springwell the business complex is far from vacant so here you our outside between two businesses with full windows. Outside waiting to be let in and all eyes are on you LOL. Especially in the small parking lot off of busy 7 mile. I usually going Sunday mornings when everything is closed but them.

Total damage 2.20 CFS.
