The agencies get rushed by the police reasonably often, websites go up and down, so perform your own risk calculation and enjoy.

There are a lot of new handles on the other site too that seem to always rate 8/8, and most only have 1 -2 reviews. Others that have more reviews only review those 2 agencies. So yeah, the reviews are most likely fake. Especially the ones with terrible English.
