Exactly this. This was damn near quoted from an actually provider explaining me what's going on with the new rates in the twin cities. I had a wonderful conversation with a girl who does Nuru massages in Minneapolis and she explained so so so much to me about this hobby. She has been in the business for over 15 yrs. Friends chat with friends and prices won't drop until demand drops. Only way for rates to adjust would be to wait 6 months after most return to offices. Otherwise has quoted "there is absolutely no reason for providers to reduce their rates when people are willing to pay them".

Hopefully the new K-Girl agency (007) puts a downward pressure on rates. I remember thinking $350/ HR was a lot back in 2019. Now reputable providers are asking for $400-$500/ HR.

Demand went up for providers and they raised their rates accordingly. Problem is that their rates stayed even after the monetary tightening.
