Just curious, when was your last appointment with anyone / anywhere that involved more than a HJ.

Seems unlikely a HJ would result in anything, although is possible. Seems most likely, would be the provider gave a HJ to the previous customer and didn't wash hands. More likely, if you fingered the provider and cross contaminated yourself that way.
