I don't know what the rate is at NS, the universal $160 seems to have drifted up in some places. I just go in, lay down the full fee (house 60 plus 100 tip) on the table or counter in the room and say nothing. For example, AZN Delight is still 160, I think 9 VIP is somewhere around 220. These places are FS factories.

I don't know if there's a specific issue with being black. I've certainly heard the women make racist comments and saw one black guy not getting let in to AZN Delight, but they explained that to me as he was "too rough", no way to know if that's true.

Philly has great choices of AMPs compared to other major cities.

I would guess being black might be a problem at some places but I don't know for sure because I never tried mongering while black. Worst case is that they will turn you away at the door.

If you are looking to pop your AMP cherry, I would recommend Saigon. I'm pretty sure they are black friendly because I've crossed paths with black mongers in there and I have also picked a few black providers in there as well. Here is the rundown on saigon if you are interested. They are on the second floor. Ring the door bell and they will buzz you in. Turn left and there are a few girls waiting for your choice.
