From the title I assume you mean Dolly's. That is Dolly's Villa Vista Hotel in Oak Creek. If you go west off I-94 by the Ikea store to 27th Street and turn left (South) it's on the left about a quarter mile. Or, if your cruising Greenfield, National or Lincoln, just turn South on 27th (Layton) and head down that way although going that way is a bit slower of course.
