Here is my report for those who said I don't contribute. And I am going to use its actual name, Nature Spa, and not that other reference used here.

Unfortunately I don't have any experience in Korean. I can pick out Chinese accents in Japanese, and some of the different Spanish accents, but for Korean. Last time I was there (last year) the only easy RLD to get to in Seoul was down in Yeongdeungpo, but that's also getting "revitalized" in a year or two. The easiest girls to pick up as a foreigner (juicy girls) have also been chased out of the bars near Humphreys. Unless you got a connection or have really good Korean, it's hard to move up pass the kiss rooms or do a delivery girl at a love hotel (but that usually has an upcharge for foreigners). You could also take a gamble on the cards that you find scattered on the ground near the subway exits (I actually don't recommend this but it must exist for a reason).

Good luck finding a decent Viet place, that went away few years ago when the Chinese took over and ran them into hotels.
