Last time I was there (last year) the only easy RLD to get to in Seoul was down in Yeongdeungpo, but that's also getting "revitalized" in a year or two. The easiest girls to pick up as a foreigner (juicy girls) have also been chased out of the bars near Humphreys. Unless you got a connection or have really good Korean, it's hard to move up pass the kiss rooms or do a delivery girl at a love hotel (but that usually has an upcharge for foreigners).
