There is either a right answer or a wrong answer. A good cop needs to see in shades of gray. You know someone is up to something and you need to figure out how to get them off the street. You catch someone speeding or something, but know they are basically a good person and need to just give them a warning. Well guess what, if a prostitute gets in your car, they know you are up to something.

Again. You are speaking on probable cause. You cannot get arrested simply for someone (known SW or not) getting into your car. That's bullshit. And WTF does algebra have to do with anything? The anecdote doesn't fit or make sense. Most cops probably don't do well in algebra probably because they aren't that smart. Most cops I know are former military / athletes and couldn't find other work, family was a cop, or they got picked on / were outsiders as kids. Most smart folks with a future aren't signing up to risk their lives chasing crime and criminals that aren't going anywhere. Cops been around for ages, crime and morality keep getting worse. So they aren't making a difference. Police forces do not get our best and brightest. Not by far.

Lived in the city all my life and from a family of street dudes. Police create charge histories with felonies. Things related to CDS possession and distribution or violence. They usually target dudes in the neighborhood whom they see frequently, know are up to something, but can't prove it yet. No cop is trying to create a charge history on a monger for a misdemeanor. Y'all on some cliche, made-for-tv bullshit. A cop is going to go through paperwork and effort to "get you in the system " with a solicitation charge? Come the fuck on, dude.

Both pics are Abby, a familiar face to many readers here. I personally hadn't seen her for while before yesterday, but that corner is often where she's found. As per numerous previous reports here, she has a nice personality but is not the most reliable or amenable provider. I just gave her some food money, she's now looking painfully thin. She texted she's had some recent surgeries that have hollowed her out. If true (she's previously told other illness stories) I hope it goes well for her. Norm.
