There are legit providers that require deposits. And tryst is certainly better than STG or listcrawler. However it's a roll of the dice and generally a bad one. There are plenty of truly wonderful high ends that do not require this. Vote with your wallet. I'd still say no. That being said we can't answer it any better without you saying who you are interested in. And beware, research may not matter. Plenty of guys have had the experience of sending money to someone they know is legit because it is a repeat business and being stood up nonetheless.

Tryst is pretty reliable, as is Eros, but bad people can pop up anywhere. Do they have any reviews? Which provider are you looking at? Perhaps one of us might know them?
