Guys are exchanging info and they are smarter about who to spend money on. Some random agency girls with fake pics with no / negative info will not generate enough business now days. Agencies should work toward more transparency with real pics and stop using multiple alias for same girls.

When I first started getting tested in LA it was at one of the free clinics which saw a lot of LGBQ. The doctor asked if they should do an anal and throat swab and then advised on the pros of the procedure. AHF took a throat swab in addition to urine test. I hadnt even thought about it until my tests came back that it could live in my throat instead of being confined to my nether regions.

Yup I see one once a month now it's just to priced up to justify, now what I do with the money I save it by not going and use it to travel to southeast asia much cheaper and way better. I'm not going to let them rip me off when it's cheaper in a more expensive city like San Francisco.

I was just watching an economic panel talk about strip clubs and income coming to those in sex work in general are an excellent indicator of the economy. It's apparently one of the first things people cut off to shave off leisurely expenditure.
