Figure jetlag would cost me most of a day to get my body clock right. I have a real tough time sleeping on a plane. Can I do it? Would it be worth it?

I think most of us know that, but are stuck here for work, family, or obvious reasons 😅 Everything in America is more expensive, 3-5 x more than Asia.
