Made a trip out to visit this place and I was hoping to have good news to report. I met Fabiola, since she was only one available on my visit without appointment. Strip of buildings off the main road but far enough back that your not really visible. Looked like every building had a "spa" in it but none had a sign saying Evergreen. Found it to be the first building and Katy as the name.
