If I'm reading TFC correctly (320 total), Cinnamon is asking 2 for FS. That's not outrageous like some of the dancers are asking. And if that was her straight up offer maybe she would take less.

Cinnamon quoted 100 or so when she first started years ago, and raised her quote to 300 or 400 by the end of 2019. If anything even more firm on that quote once the clubs reopened in 2021. It's good to know she is back to 200. Lots of new young lookers at the clubs these days, and the economy is not good.

It is annoying that newbies at Synn start charging A team rates higher than 200 within weeks or a few months from starting. It used to be that a dancer paid her dues for a year or two before being bold enough to charge top dollar.

All that being said, Synn COI remains overpriced in my opinion relative to other clubs, but at other clubs you have less selection of top-tier talent and many do not do extras unlike Synn.

Synn is also overpriced relative to other options such as higher end escorts, who may charge 6 or 8 or whatever, but it's incall and a full hour. Many Synn dancers started charging more than high end escorts for OTC back in 2021, and it was outcall with additional hotel costs.

I agree, massage parlors are a better value. But strip clubs offer better lookers, true choice, less "are they trafficked" concern, less LEO concern (seriously, when was the last SoCal strip club bust? Century Theater in 2000? Etc. Yes, there can be lines. It can easily be 10-15 minutes wait. How much of a mood killer it is depends on the girl and how your interaction is going. If you're just standing there awkwardly without saying much it's going to suck. But if you're having a good conversation and maybe playing a little grab ass while you wait it's not so bad.

I never go on Thursdays and rarely at night, & I've never waited in line. Do you pay for the dance first, before you start waiting? Ever get clipped with girls walking away, or walking back deal points / prices, or staff asking for room charge again (the sort of BS clips that are Kim club tactics)? It would probably kill my mood, unless the girl could hold a conversation or gives up some public warmup groping. I know from a very good and reliable source that the quota is $180. Once the club gets their $180 then the club and dance splits 50/50 the rest of the money. So dancers rely on tips for a good portion of their income. But those offering extras for any amount, can definitely make a killing every night.

Actually you're right Safari said the quota was $180. The reason I said $140 was that was the cost of the VIP I was taking her to and Safari said the club would just take all of it, so what was I going to tip her since I told her I just wanted a regular VIP dance. When I asked her to clarify she said $180 was the full quota. Hope that clears it up. It's funny because I tipped her well on stage and she thanked me as she walked away, which at first I thought was sarcastic since it's just $20. But she seemed genuine about that and if true it's more than she would have gotten from me for just a VIP.

I have had 3 different dancers at 3 different clubs confirm this system, including a girl at SR who used to work Spearmint Rhino. She said they take 50/50 of the rest like you said. Her exact words about the Paradise system were "I don't know how you're supposed to make any money". She did not do heavy extras, so her statement is so innocent it makes me blush. But she gets it.

It's funny that on a good night, SR and Synn take more or less the same cut. But because SR makes you pay them even if you don't sell a dance, the girl is going to immediately start selling vips as fast and often as she could. Just a VIP is worth it. Whereas a Paradise or Synn, they aren't sure if it's even worth going to the first VIP with you. Even a club regular who sees you ever week would be a waste of time if they decide not to get extras that day and it's your first dance. It's a big gamble. If they don't get a second customer, there's no point, they're dancing on you almost for free.

The end result of the Kim system is you get a heavy extras club, every time.

Interesting take but let's remember YMMV for all of us. The club can't require them to pay a stage fee anymore. They also get paid a wage for the hours spent working. But you're right. They don't get any cut from their lap dances or VIP fees until they meet a certain cut off. I don't know if that's equal to their total hourly or higher than that. Pretty sure both clubs use a similar system though the numbers vary.

I've had Synn dancers tell me that the amount of money that they get for the 2 for $20 special on Thursdays is minuscule. Just a few bucks. Because of the small cut those dancers don't like doing them. They feel like they're working for almost nothing unless the guy is tipping. I get that. It might be better for them to stay on the floor looking for a VIP than getting pocket change though it does miss out on the chance to hook a PL via a good dance. From what I've heard the cut is better for the 3 for 40's or for normal $20 lap dances.
