Inconspicuous locations:
National in front of Mr Churro's.
Southside between 23rd & 24th.
Greenfield northside between 24th & 25th.
Changed my route & frankly, there's many to be spotted on the sidestreets.

WoW! Besides us two, is there anyone alive that gets that reference? Anyway, they'll never identify me while I'm wearing my Kirwood Derby.

Posts: 378Watch for these cameras & report their location
Even though we are probably just a minuscule speck in the milw crime scene. I could see them using this:

I think they have bigger fish to fry but the future will definitely be more risky than it is now.

There's more analysis that cops don't solve crimes. These cameras aren't going to solve crimes. Eventually we'll learn that maybe we shouldn't be spending so much money on cops. Cops do fuck all in our hobby and related activities. The fuck are they going to do with other crime?

Posts: 478Advanced Camera Analytics Are Here Already
Your "soon enough" is now, that technology has been available for a while. The article fails to mention that many private citizens and businesses are installing cameras, Flock brand and others, and letting the police access them whenever they want without the need for a warrant. HOA's are now starting to install them and allowing local LE to log in and look at footage whenever they want. License Plate Recognition is child's play, camera analytics already can track people walking in certain areas and if they loiter for more than a predetermined time. Like a street walker. Send out real-time notification and also bookmark the video footage for someone to look at later. Combine that capability with LPR tracking and you might get an unexpected visit from your least favorite uncle asking why you were cruising up & down Greenfield and National so many times and why you went around the block so often to stop and talk to "pedestrians".

If you didn't know by now this is a warning. Fiock is going to end crime with his cameras, Allen Funt himself and all this guy cares about is the money he's going to make infringing upon every ones rights.

What is the false thought that cameras will end crime, everyday you can turn on the TV and see violent crimes being committed and no one does anything about it. What a joke.

Forget the hobby, this would be a disaster all around. And at least half of this country probably thinks it's a good idea because they can't imagine anybody in power abusing it. Scary indeed.

Scary stuff. Soon enough they'll be able to program it for certain things, like a car passing a camera a certain number of times in a certain period. And really troubling if you post a detailed report and include a picture of your very identifiable vehicle.

I've told this story countless times, but here goes again! Years ago I was doing a website for a hooker in Madison. She got a call to Brookfield but when she got to the hotel there were three cops waiting for her in the hotel room. They went through her purse and confiscated her rubbers, using them as evidence proving intent. They also took her pot, but didn't charge her and it never was produced as evidence in court. Anyway, the state fine for prostitution is at $250, but Waukesha County charges under their own 0rdinance which is around $600. It's dangerous for mongers and hookers over there. Milwaukee is full of slores waiting to fuck and suck, and for the most part, the cops have bigger fish to fry. Why go to BF, or Franklin, or St. Francis where LE seems to delight in busting mongers?

Posts: 160I can't imagine what this guy was thinking walking into a hotel and seeing a cop and still going to see what he thought was a hooker. You can't be that horny to throw away your life. As long as he did not send a pic of himself he was in the clear to get away. More proof why you should never send a verification picture of yourself but I digress.

All of this could happen to us at anytime, but gentlemen using a little common sense can keep us out of situations like this. Anyone can be an armchair quarterback but seriously I'm sure I would have got the bell out of there.
