If you're absolutely smitten by her, you could always try Venmo (and only Venmo) and send the amount under the "Pay for goods and services" category instead of "Friends and family". Venmo will charge a small fee, like 5% or something, BUT the transaction is "protected" I. E. You can request a refund. Label the service something mundane like "Dog sitting" or "Babysitting" or something else that sounds like a service you might pay for.

You could try just doing it that way and not telling her, she may not notice she doesn't have immediate access to the funds. If / when she ghosts, just put a refund request in with Venmo. Or you may want to mention it upfront you'll be sending it as a "goods and service" transaction for your peace of mind so she knows she won't have direct access to it immediately.

If you request a refund you'll still be out the money for a few weeks while it goes through their process. This isn't 100% guaranteed you'll get it refunded, but generally they don't put up too much of a fight if you sent it through the "goods and services" transaction type since the entire purpose of that type is to provide peace of mind between buyers and sellers.

Of course don't under any circumstances imply it's for pay2play or sex or anything else illegal.

My suggestion is NOT to waste time with someone who won't budge on that, but if you're hellbent on seeing her and willing to go through the hassle that's the only way I would entertain it, but almost certainly not worth the effort.
