Generally the Agencies are safer since they are not the target of these investigations; the ACS and LCS places are more likely to traffic in the negative way. NYC is a different ball game cause there so much variety up there. But I agree they should advertise at least close to the age but as a business wise for them, you think they get more customer advertising the lady with their real age. The main problem is that we willing to pay the price they ask. Same as if you going to AMP. If the lady ask for a certain price and people keep paying for it. The price will go up.
