Usually I don't write much about a place until I've let it run its (inter) course, but since Shell is just a plan B for me, I'll share a few thoughts:

Since you asked I'll respond. Regarding BBBJ and cheap careful what you ask for, with what you're currently getting that already below current rates. There is a lot of FS places in North OC, but it will require you looking around if you don't frequent the ones already mentioned here.

AMP staffing is just dependent on the rotation they can get (see next comment).
