Head up to Westminster. Seal Beach is not monger friendly. Come across Westminster boulevard. Once you pass the naval weapons station there are probably 20 shops on Westminster Blvd in the next four miles. VT is popular. 5 Star down and dirty. Happy Happiest. Here's my take on this. Every provider's going to have a line that they won't cross. To them, it's X dollars to do why acts and no more. Just because they allow DATY doesn't mean they will reciprocate the gesture if they aren't offering. This is not a normal relationship of give and take, but a monetary transaction to pay for play. Negotiate beforehand so everyone is comfortable and everything is clear. I'm fairly certain that most aren't doing this because they enjoy it regardless of the compliments coming out of their mouth.

I had similar results with Summer at Sakura a couple weeks ago.
