This is most probably a scam. It says 40% deposit required. It doesn't list any other contact info except a phone number. My guess is that this is probably a legit provider whose tryst profile has been hacked. I've seen that happen in 2 other instances. In those instances, the providers had their twitter account linked, where I was able to read them mentioning their profile being hacked. Both of those hacked profiles had a 30% and 35% deposit requirement. If you're still tempted, I would try to find other ways of verifying whether this provider is real, and if she is, their profile hasn't been hacked.
