I only know Allie. I haven't seen her in years, but she wasn't great then. The service and appearance are ok. I first met her for a double with her friend Cassie. Normally I only stick to mongering commentary, but this is totally off base.

1. You cannot get sentenced to 8 years for a misdemeanor. MAx you can get for a Class A Misdemeanor is 1 year. You have to be charged with at least a Class C Felony (10 years) to be exposed to 8 years.

2. If you have pending cases, you probably aren't on probation yet, or you violated probation already and now have court dates.

3. If you do miss a court date, you can be charged with a new crime: Failure to Appear. FTA 1st Degree is a Class D Felony and FTA 2nd is a Class Misdemeanor.

So if she does have a court date in January and doesn't show, the worst that can happen is she gets a new warrant for an FTA and unless it is an FTA 1st Degree, she is likely not going to be extraditable if for instance she is picked up outside the Tristate Area.
