Do a search for it on the forums. A quick search under "Verified" nets me results. You can find alot of info because newbies or veterans from other places have asked this same question many times. A quick and super half-assed answer is this.

You can text them and you usually have to give you some very personal info such as (I'd, Pay Stub, Photo of yourself holding said I'd).
