Do a search for it on the forums. A quick search under "Verified" nets me results. You can find alot of info because newbies or veterans from other places have asked this same question many times. A quick and super half-assed answer is this.

You can text them and you usually have to give you some very personal info such as (I'd, Pay Stub, Photo of yourself holding said I'd). Different bookers will have different response rates as well as some are harder to get in with them. If you have Humaniplex, you can message them through that if you have references.
