My two cents is that usually if you are somewhere that they don't short you on time, I enjoy the whole hour. No rush, and usually a good massage before and after. I enjoy the massages, and even if hte quality is not CMT level its only like 20 bucks extra. So its a cheap 30 extra minutes of bodywork of varying quality.

For the longest time, I would get hour massages. However, lately I mainly do hh because the massage itself is usually just ok. Some masseuses do put some effort and is quite good but most times not. It is only saving. 2 but I can put that towards the tip. Also, as said previously, I do think the girls like the hh sessions.
