Depends if you're single or have SO. If you're single you're likely to be fine. You'll likely contract the more common and relatively harmless bugs (gonorrhea / chlamydia / HPV) but they are easily treated w / antibiotics or stay hidden. If you have a SO it's totally not worth the headache and anxiety (that's if you're still intimate w / your SO).
