Actually, you are right. Back in the day, the shop was considered off the beaten path. The 405 was kind of a barrier. Between F&C and the other shops on Westminster, Bolsa and their cross streets. Only unpublicized VT was across the street. There was probably was no communication between F&C providers and the other shops. Tips were traditionally low at F&C compared to, at the time, 100 tips in those other shops. Lucy and some former providers got the chance to work other shops (Happy, Bali, CKB, Miracle) Then they realized what others were getting for tips. There was also a time when Lina and Lucy were able to access the massage review sites. So, now they knew what services were worth, even for grannies.
