I've had 4 hands, never in the states but I had it in Asia a few times. Personally, it's kind of meh most of the time. You're usually more into one than the other, and one is usually doing most of the work while the other is just kind of there. Visually it can be pretty hot if they're both attractive. I really only find it worthwhile if the girls are interacting with each other. I had a couple I saw a few times that leaned over the table from opposite sides and made out while they were stroking me that was pretty hot and I repeated with them a few times, but they're not working together anymore. Or of you had one girl sitting on your face while the other was working on your shaft, or something like that, it could be pretty hot.
